Well, in a way, they do. I mean, most points are gotten by badges (note: most, not all), which takes from 5 seconds to a week or even more to complete.
But on the other hand...JayisGames...

Jayisgames did send over 3,000 of Kongregates 200k users to Kongregate. He kind of deserves it (I think he referred 3000 or so). Seems fair. That is over 1% of the total fanbase (imagine owning 1% of mcdonald's, and you get my point).
