I’m working on a game called Gray.

About 2 weeks ago I was lying in bed staring at my ceiling wondering why I can’t get to sleep at a normal hour like most people. Somehow my brain wandered over to “mob mentality”, and more specifically this quote from someone I heard somewhere. A person is smart, but people are stupid. That stuck with me, mostly because it’s a bit of a hopeless paradox. Those kind of thought experiments always intrigue me because it’s such a simple reality…

I’m changing this place up a bit.

Hey. It’s been awhile… Well not technically, but it feels like it’s been awhile. For the last month or so I’ve wanted to spill what’s inside my brain. Today, I get to do that. For those of you reading this on mile222 you probably aren’t as familiar with intuition as you are with this place. But now that’s all changing. Intuition is changing, and so is mile222. But then, when you yourself load up the game…

Our critical reception from a bipolar internet

So we released Dinowaurs. We made a call to Joe. Then we went out to eat some important sandwiches (more on that later). When we got back, the Dinowaurs rating had dropped on kong considerably. There is always a bit of a honeymoon with these real-time ratings, but we were hoping it’d be above the beta score (3.99). Over the next few days it continued to drop while I obsessively checked it. But that’s just a score, what’s really interesting…
